I have NEVER made a turkey in my life!
Happy Thanksgiving to you, Bert and TC! This is probably the best turkey I’ve roasted, ever. Probably because it wasn’t actually for today. I made it 2 days ago so no pressure.
I just read about your Thanksgiving day and am inspired to make the choux now. We are going to roast our turkey today and I think I will spatchcock it. (Neighbors had two turkeys and we brought a ham…). Glad you had a good Thanksgiving and hope the upcoming holidays will be as yummy!
